Non-Material Amendment application for previously approved application A/23/96226/MAJOR - The applicant is seeking to update the approved building elevation plans for all four units on the site to reflect the proposed inclusion of Louvres on each unit. Additionally, this NMA is seeking to supersede the approved lighting strategy produced by WSP (Ref: ABP-WSP-00-XX-RP-E-630001) with the External Lighting with Lux Levels plan produced by Arc Mechanical and Electrical Ltd (Ref: 1150-E-10 Rev A). As a result, condition 22 should only refer to the External Lighting with Lux Levels plan produced by Arc Mechanical and Electrical Ltd (Ref: 1150-E-10 Rev A)
