Joe's tree care

Proposal:

Application to remove the lowest limb of an oak tree over a footpath/road due to potential failure risk. Reduce the canopy of a beech tree by 2-3 meters from the property side, including removing one lowest lateral branch to reduce shading and encroachment. Reduce the canopy of trees T3 and T4 on the East Side by 2-3 meters to reduce shading and encroachment.
