Application to convert and extend the former Presbytery into a Special Educational Needs School for up to 30 pupils, including 2 detached classroom buildings, a meeting pod, covered walkways, an entrance canopy, a substation, and a car park with access from Larch Avenue. The plan includes boundary treatments and outdoor areas for play and learning, following the demolition of a garage and link walkway to the existing church.
